SecurEnvoy
Positioned SecurEnvoy as the industry leader in authentication with a fresh, modern and scalable Drupal website that reflects its brand identity and range of new age services while maintaining their strategic SEO visibility.
SecurEnvoy delivers innovative security solutions that take advantage of mobile and cutting-edge identity technologies to secure access to critical data and infrastructure. They are the original inventors of tokenless multi-factor authentication and provide digital security services for businesses across wide range industries.
The Brief
SecurEnvoy came to JBi with the objective of designing and building a strong, scalable new website on a Drupal CMS that would showcase their impressive range of security products and position them as industry leaders. They were looking for a fresh and modern website experience in line with their new and improved brand identity.
Their previous site had a sprawling sitemap and a long list of unnecessary subdomains, resulting in confusing user journeys that were having a negative impact on user experience and conversion rates.
As well as effectively migrating and improving SEO value, SecurEnvoy wanted to introduce a new multisite architecture that would allow them to reach an international audience in multiple languages yet all using the same Brand.
Objectives
- Entire website redesign in order to refresh SecurEnvoy’s digital brand presence
- Consolidate and simplify the sitemap and navigational structure to improve User Experience and Information Architecture
- Maintain high SEO rankings whilst consolidating and updating the site’s content
- Introduce a new multisite capability to support three regional sites UK, DE, US – whilst providing the functionality to add new languages in the future
- Integration with Hubspot CRM to allow for lead capture and marketing automation
Our Approach
The first phase of the project included a series of stakeholder workshops to define internal expectations for the new website, as well as to understand the wants and needs of SecurEnvoy’s various audiences. This allowed us to develop a set of user personas and journeys that would serve as a central reference point for the new site’s Information Architecture and Design.
This was accompanied by a detailed audit of SecurEnvoy’s existing SEO, helping us to plan how the site’s structure and content should be consolidated and optimised to help improve rankings. Alongside this, the JBi team identified a new keyword strategy that would help deliver against their longer-term business goals.
New Website, New Branding
SecurEnvoy wanted their new brand look and feel to come across loud and clear on their website, so this was made a key objective of the project’s design phase.
JBi’s creative team worked collaboratively with SecurEnvoy to develop a set of functional Wireframes for the new website’s key pages, which were then developed into fully-responsive and visually appealing User Interfaces across a series of brainstorming sessions.
The designs were supported by the creation of a set of eye-catching icons and a series of animated videos which SecurEnvoy can use to showcase their new brand identity at events.
Super Duper Drupal
By building the new website on a scalable, multilingual Drupal CMS framework, we ensured that SecurEnvoy would be able to easily publish content across UK, German and US versions, as well as additional languages in future. We were also able to customise the website’s admin panels, ensuring a scalable backend and optimised UX for SecurEnvoy’s internal teams.
This has given SecurEnvoy more capability to manage their own website, content and imagery themselves. Our method of built, train and handover worked and the CMO really very impressed with the outcomes.
Before going live the new site was subject to robust vulnerability and penetration testing (VAPT) by an external vendor. This meant the site was thoroughly audited by independent security professionals as well as SecurEnvoy’s internal security team.
We are proud to have delivered a secure yet easy to use website and admin panel.
Ongoing Support
Following the launch of the site, we will be supporting SecurEnvoy on an ongoing basis, providing technical, creative and marketing support.
We will also be serving as a partner to SecurEnvoy, offering their multi-factor security solutions to clients as an additional service.
