Covid-19 Update


With the country’s response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) having progressed, we want to update you on the measures we are taking at JBi to ensure continuity of service.

Nothing is more important to us than the health of our staff. Preventing the spread of COVID-19 is therefore a key priority during this difficult time.

We have put systems in place to ensure that our staff are able and encouraged to self-isolate and work from home where necessary, without compromising the service we offer.

We want to stress that our team will still be active and reachable via the usual channels throughout this period. We will be responding to emails, answering your calls and setting up conference calls and video calls as needed. Whatever happens, when it comes to your relationship with us, it’s business as usual.

In order to contain the spread of the virus, we will be limiting our in-person engagements over the coming weeks. Our teams will therefore be encouraging the use of video conferencing as a temporary alternative to in-person meetings in order to limit physical interaction.

If you are on a managed support plan with us, please ensure that you cc your dedicated support address in all email communications, so that another member of the team can get back to you and deal with your request should your main point of contact be unavailable. If you are not on a managed support plan, please cc [email protected].
