As the UK Government re-imposes restrictions in response to a new wave of coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, we want to update you on the measures we are taking at JBi Digital to ensure continuity of service.
Nothing is more important to us than the health of our staff. Preventing the spread of COVID-19 therefore remains a key priority during this difficult time.
Our staff are still encouraged to work from home and self-isolate where necessary, without compromising the service we offer you, our client.
We want to stress that our team will still be active and reachable via the usual channels throughout this period. We will be responding to emails, answering your calls and setting up conference calls and video calls as needed. Whatever happens, when it comes to your relationship with us, it’s business as usual.
In order to contain the spread of the virus, we will continue to limit our in-person engagements wherever possible. Our teams will therefore be encouraging the use of video conferencing as a temporary alternative to in-person meetings in order to limit physical interaction.
If you are on a managed support plan with us, please ensure that you cc your dedicated support address in all email communications, so that another member of the team can get back to you and deal with your request should your main point of contact be unavailable. If you are not on a managed support plan, please cc [email protected].
