The RJC Group is a fast-growing, London based IT recruitment company focused on introducing high quality candidates to exciting opportunities in tech.
Going into 2020, the RJC Group wanted to evolve its online presence by having a new, single-page website developed, providing an improved experience to its candidates and clients alike.
The website would need to effectively convey the RJC Group’s expertise and personable approach, while providing a smooth user journey for each of its key users.
Our design and UX experts led a half-day workshop with the RJC Group’s directors and key stakeholders, allowing us to deep dive into the website’s key audiences and explore options for its look and feel.
The outputs of this workshop informed the remainder of the project and ensured that the RJC Group’s team felt involved and consulted from the start.

From the start, it was clear that the ultimate goal of the website was to maximise lead conversion, with tailored journeys for each of the RJC Group’s key audiences: clients and candidates.
The contact form was therefore essential to the website’s success. For this reason, we designed a custom form for the RJC Group, starting with a field that prompts users to specify whether they are “Looking for new opportunities” or “Looking to hire”.
We also included a CV upload function for candidates.
The new website was launched in August and the RJC Group’s key stakeholders are very pleased with its performance, which they say has already brought a noticeable increase in leads.
