Paul Murphy
Support & Service Manager
Paul leads the support & service team at JBi, bringing a strong technical background to the team with a BCS Honours degree in Digital Media Development.
Having spent much of his career working as a developer, Paul has combined hands-on technical expertise with a natural focus on client relationships and support, helping to deliver reliable and effective digital solutions.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked with clients including BAFTA, Banijay and Just Eat, gaining experience across a variety of fast-paced digital environments. He is passionate about improving processes and finding smarter ways of working, often approaching challenges by breaking things down and rebuilding them into more efficient solutions.
At JBi, Paul is excited to bring his technical insight into the support team, with a particular interest in evolving processes through AI and automation to enhance both team efficiency and client experience.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys watching Formula 1, attending rugby matches at Twickenham and running. Combining his passion for fitness and technology, he also co-created the PacePal app to help support and motivate fellow runners.
Paul used to be a Barista so ask for some "form art" in your next coffee
