AFSI
AFSI are an incredible London based charity who promote social and cultural integration and equality and diversity in order to eliminate discrimination towards asylum seekers, migrants, refugees and people from black and minority ethnic communities.
Their aim is to relieve poverty and prevent social exclusion by developing community level social development and support on issues relating to socio-economic disadvantaged communities; in particular people with disability, women, children and other marginalised and vulnerable groups.
The Brief
AFSI were looking to solve their hosting problems with VPS and approached JBi to help as the site kept crashing.
The charity had an old CMS system using Joomla and the site was covered with viruses. AFSI asked JBi to stabilise the site, however it was eventually decided that a new site would be the best option after the site was damaged by their previous hosting company through their VPS system.
AFSI are a non-profitable charity so JBi built a simple new site that would allow the user to showcase the main areas of their services. We managed to transfer large amounts of the content and images to the new site and ensure the website had a good user experience. The client was extremely happy with the end result and with the service received.

JBi verdict
We are so proud to have been involved with such a well meaning charity. The main objective of this project was to create a simple but effective design to replace their current faulty website and to do this in a quick and efficient manner. We are very happy with the outcome and hope that it helps the charity promote its good cause.
