Rapid Business Rescue

Business Rescue Services

Rapid Business Rescue approached us looking for a new website that would cater to businesses needing financial assistance. When RBR came to us they had a website that was targeted mainly towards big business.

The Brief

However, the brief was a Business Rescue website looking at the consumer market. That meant we were looking at friendly design, with clear, simple content and strong imagery that highlighted the expertise and understanding nature of the team.

Planning

This is where things started to get serious. After a good, old fashioned face to face we felt like we were in a great place in terms of understanding the business and what needed to be done for the project (and life in general, but I digress). A nice cuppa tea was needed, once that was done, a brainstorming session between designers, marketers and the project management team, subject? simple – conversion! How we could build a site that generates leads? We put together all the documentation that we would be working with for the duration of the project. It is a key requirement for the success of the project that we complete accurate plans and sitemaps, plus it provides total transparency between ourselves and the client!

Design

Often described as the fun bit. Well it lived up to its reputation here. We knew the website had to be friendly, approachable and appeal to people on a tangible and human level. This was not a corporate website, a soft look was required here. The designs were approved by the client in just a matter of hours and well, why wouldn’t they have been? They are sharp, colourful and easy to navigate, swaying back to the brief perfectly, even if we do say so ourselves (we do).

Development

This project had all sort or interesting features, none more so than the debt calculator that was to integrated on the Home page. With Interactive features this gave some real ‘WOW’ factor to the website. We worked with the client, with regular feedback and status meetings to ensure that their vision was being made a reality. It was.

Final set up

Those last few days are always the most exciting. Everything is ready to go, the last few changes are being made and links being tested. The client is getting pretty excited by this stage too, and when those final bugs get signed off we can all breathe a little sigh of relief. With RBR this process was a seamless as possible, so with just the last couple of SEO checks completed, up she went. And what a beauty.

Results

We are currently running a high value Paid Search campaign for RBR. The website has only been live for 6 weeks, but early stats show high levels of both paid and organic traffic which shows just how quickly the website has started performing to a high level. Bounce rates of Organic traffic are just 33%. However, what we really like is what the client had to say about the JBi and the finished product. These kind words mean a lot.
