We're delighted to announce that JBi Digital is now officially a Prophet company. With the deal completed, we join the global strategy and creative firm, which announced the acquisition in August 2026 (Prophet press release).

It’s a huge milestone our whole team is celebrating. Since 2008, we’ve designed and delivered large-scale digital platforms for enterprise, public sector and regulated organisations. Now, as part of Prophet, we can offer our clients much more, while keeping the people, standards and close partnership they rely on.

For our clients, it means access to the services of a world-recognised brand consultancy. Prophet’s brand, creative, growth strategy and business transformation work now sits alongside our digital strategy, design and engineering. You can work with one partner from initial strategy through build, launch and ongoing optimisation. Day to day, you’ll continue to work with the same JBi team you know.

For our people, it opens the door to bigger projects, new technology to learn and explore, and colleagues with experience across many sectors and markets in Prophet’s 15 offices. It also brings real opportunities in AI. Prophet runs a dedicated Augmented Intelligence practice, covering areas such as agentic deployment and AI-driven marketing (Prophet), and our strategists and engineers will now work alongside it.
