With so many people asking us for tips on website design, WordPress, Magento, and more, we decided to cave in and create a Youtube channel! JBi Web Design has a customised YouTube channel dedicated to giving support to those who are looking to learn how to use their CMS solutions. We even have off topic videos such as, “The Olympic Torch Relay 2012“.

If you subscribe to our Youtube channel you will get updated when there is a new video tutorial on web design and development. Normally our clients have to call our web design agency in London to request a session to discuss support and training. This is normally done over the telephone or at our offices. Although this is all well and good, for us to be more efficient with our support to you as a client, we have decided to post helpful video tutorials so that you don’t always have to call in and compete with other enquiries. It is much more faster, and relieves pressure for both parties.
